Welcome!

Our Research Mentor/People Manager Training is a NSF-funded collaborative initiative designed to teach both academic and industry scientists and clinicians the frameworks, tools and language to inclusively lead high-functioning teams.

Our multidisciplinary team has trained over 1,000 scientists to use evidence-based supervisory approaches to efficiently and effectively develop, lead, and support trainees, interns, faculty, and staff of every background by intentionally building transparent and productive working relationships.

Whether you are an experienced people manager or research mentor seeking to develop the frameworks and vocabulary to more effectively supervise and train others or a newcomer entering the world of supervising an employee or trainee's productivity, morale, or well-being, our training helps you manage your time and your team's work.
